A community coordinated by Roberta Migliarese, Naturopath and Yoga Teacher, professionally trained at SIMO Italian School of Holistic Medicine, specializing in Phytocomplements and Chromopuncture Techniques.

A graduate of the Kriya Yoga Ashram in Milan, she is also a Personal Trainer and CONI-certified Fitness instructor.

From martial arts to yoga, from acting to self-awareness, each piece experienced through professional and personal experiences has revealed a broad mosaic that has defined a natural inclination, passion, and research aimed at the Holistic Arts.

Perfect harmony arises from the globality of an energetic system from which infinite connections arise.

During this journey he created the “VISION METHOD” of Face Yoga, aimed at counteracting skin aging by accelerating cell renewal processes.
